Overview
A U.S. private security firm with a portfolio of high-threat protective operations is seeking a Country Director to hold operational command of in-country programs, personnel and client relationships.
Duties
- Hold operational command of all in-country protective and advisory teams
- Own client interface, reporting cadence and escalation authority
- Maintain country threat picture and contingency/evacuation planning
- Manage logistics, licensing and local national workforce
Requirements
- 15+ years combined military, law enforcement or intelligence service
- Prior command of a country-level or regional security program
- Documented high-threat protective operations experience
- Professional Spanish proficiency
- Valid passport with 12+ months remaining validity
