Privacy Policy

Your account email, the details you enter in job and membership applications (such as name, phone number and experience), and the documents you upload.

Uploaded CVs, cover letters and supporting documents are kept in private storage. They can be opened by you, by Global Field Hub administrators, and by the employer who posted the job you applied for.

When you apply for a job, your application and documents are shared with the employer for that job so they can consider you. We do not sell your data.

Card payments are handled by Stripe on its secure payment page. We never see or store your full card details; we keep a payment reference and status.
