Overview
Field security liaison for a humanitarian program operating across Juba and outlying field sites, focused on access negotiation, movement clearance and staff safety.
Duties
- Maintain the country threat picture and movement approvals
- Liaise with UNDSS, local authorities and community leaders
- Deliver safety inductions and hibernation/relocation drills
Requirements
- 5+ years field security in conflict-affected states
- INSSA or equivalent security risk management training
- Experience with NGO security frameworks
