Overview
Supervise a static guard force protecting an international NGO compound and residential annexes in Amman, including standards training and post inspections.
Duties
- Run shift handovers, post inspections and post logs
- Train local guards on access control standards
- Coordinate with landlord and local police liaison
Requirements
- 5+ years guard force supervision
- Prior NGO or diplomatic support experience preferred
- Working Arabic an advantage
